• Leasing – targeting appropriate uses, to prospecting and working with area brokers, to fully-executed leases.
• Accounting Services – full accounting services through general ledger, and coordination with owners’ accountants on tax returns.
• Tenant Liaison – negotiation of lease renewals and development of tenant relationships, responding to tenant problems and rent collection.
• Tenant Files – establishment of computer abstracted leases for automated invoicing, collection of tenant rents (including Common Area Maintenance, real estate tax and other charges), and tracking of complete sales histories.
• Maintenance Administration and Supervision – property supervision, including contractor negotiations, invoice monitoring, logging of repairs and utility usage.
